The Company Grothe

Keramikrunde

Founded as a trading company in 1946, the family firm is now in its third generation. With a dense network of agencies abroad, we supply customers on five continents from our site in Bückeburg, Northern Germany. Nearly 70 employees produce some 10,000 tonnes of ceramic pigments a year using a samples archive of over 20,000 formulations. The sustainability of this process is important to us – these days, a successful business is measured among other things by a frugal and efficient use of resources.

Your future with us

Consistent high quality, innovation in product development and reliability towards our customers – these are themes which we can only pursue long-term with an experienced, competent and motivated team. This is why our family-managed company gives a high priority to job security and social support of employees when making all corporate decisions. Only by working together can we consolidate and expand our market position in the long term.
